Preparations  Cooking Guide Briyani Bukhari
 1. Rinse basmathi rice, soak for 20 minutes and drain.
 2. Add rice, 425 – 450ml of water and Briyani Herba Paste into the rice cooker.

Stir it well and let it cook.

 3. Wait until rice is cooked and dry. Sprinkle with raisins once dry.
 4. Serve while it stills hot.
 Cooking Guide Malaysian Style Red-Cooked Chicken
 1. Fry 3-4 pieces of chicken.
 2. Heat Red-Cooked Chicken paste on frying pan.
 3. Cut a tomato into 4 pieces and add along with fried chicken into the

frying pan.

 4. Sprinkle it with a spoonful of green peas and serve together with

Briyani Bukhari.
